- Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, stage use, makeup stains, or missing original tags and packaging components cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and quality standards.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
